Villa View

Superview Villa, a traditional Myconian house, is situated on one of the most beautiful areas of Mykonos Island: Houlakia. The area, a stunning hillside to gawp at, conveniently sits a mere 5,5km from the center of Mykonos town. Our Villa is built on three levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a magnificent direct panoramic view of Dilos, Rinia, Syros islands, and Mykonos South Town district. Guests normally notice the overhanging pool a few minutes later, as, at first sight, the scenery is stunning… Check our photos, they tell the story even better!

The Villa

Our 4-tier Villa consists of an upper, middle, and lower level for the main building and a separate studio apartment. All areas have direct access to the pergola-shaded veranda that surrounds the pool.

The upper level features a spacious master room (sitting area and bedroom) and a bathroom. The massively comfortable double bed enjoys an amazing panoramic view through a very large front-facing window – yes, even when you are lying down!

On the main-building middle level, there is a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area for 8 guests, and an open plan kitchen equipped with all appliances and amenities as well as a WC. Furthermore, at the same level, there is a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the Aegean Sea!

The lower level of our Villa boasts two spacious double bedrooms along with a bathroom and an extra WC. They all, of course, enjoy similar amazing Aegean Sea vistas and also have access to the lower level courtyard and garden patio.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

At the same level as the middle of the main building and near the pool there is a separate studio of 30 m2. It includes a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom while being only a few steps away from the pool. The studio is equipped with a small refrigerator and electric hotplates.

All areas have direct access to the pergola-shaded veranda that surrounds the pool. The huge dining table on the veranda can easily accommodate a 10-12 person dinner. In any case, you can count on it for having one of the best-view breakfasts you‘ve had there.

The vast private swimming pool comes with its showers/change rooms, a WC, and the aforementioned pergola-shaded area with its beautiful outdoor furniture and a stone-set BBQ!
