Villa Evoca consists of a main house and an independent guesthouse, accommodating up to twelve guests in total. The main house features expansive interior living and dining areas, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a private wine room, an outdoor home theatre space, and a gym with a dedicated WC. It also includes four en-suite bedrooms, two of which are master suites.
The guesthouse offers a spacious apartment with a double bed, a cozy living room area with a small kitchen, and a sofa that converts into a double bed. With two bathrooms, the apartment can be divided into two smaller units, each with its own private bath. In total, the villa offers six bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with an additional guest WC and a gym WC.
