The BBQ Area has dirct access to the kitchen, to the indoor and outdoor dining areas, while it offers a great view from its balcony.

The outdoor living area has direct access to the indoor living area. It is equipped with a big sofa with many pillows and a fire pit in the middle.

The Living room is in an independent building of 85m2 with view to Ftelia bay. It has a seating area of 20pp, while it is equipped TV, sound system and foosball. From the living room there is direct access to the outdoor living area, the jacuzzi area and the open patio of the upper floor.

• Jacuzzi Area

The Jacuzzi is for up to 8pp, it has view to Ftelia Bay and the pool area and it has it own furnished terrace. It has direct access to the pool and bar area.
