Villa Grace is part of a small villa complex that share one swimming-pool, which is close to a lot of beaches, family activities like: Football Stadium, Padel courts, Kitesurfing for the lovers of the sport, beach clubs and restaurants. 

Villa Grace is a well designed space filled with harmony and peace, perfect for relaxation on your summer holidays. It is a villa featuring a fantastic outdoor with a shared pool (only with guests that live in the complex) as well as sun beds, and each individual property has its own patio, garden and a parking spot. The villa offers 2 outdoor dining tables with chairs located: 1 in the front of the property and 1 in the balcony with Sea/Pool view.

It is equipped with free WIFI, Air-Conditioned and Heating system.

THE VILLA INCLUDES 4 BEDROOMS:

Room 1: e.g. Master bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed, it's own private bathroom, TV and a balcony that overlooks the sea, the pool and the hills. Also a terrace with an outdoor sofa.

Room 2: King-size bed, TV

Room 3: Double bed

Room 4: It has 2 single beds

Tastefully decorated and the main Smart TV in the living room for movie nights .There is all the kitchen equipment that is needed to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible, with electric ovens and coffee-maker (Nespresso), leaving you a home feeling .Guests may relax at the sun loungers by the pool or dine by using the BBQ and enjoy the sun and the breakfast on the outdoor sofas. As for the tanning lovers, the sun beds on the terrace might be your favourite new spot.

Safebox, Cameras(outdoor) and alarm system are available.

Guests can access all the spaces in the Outdoor Pool, which is shared. (only with guests that live in the complex). Also in the private garden, in the BBQ and in the parking lot.

It is located just 3 minutes away from Ornos Beach (350meters) and Korfos Beach(300meters) by foot. Mykonos Town is just a 5 minute-drive from the property as well as the island's airport is 4 minutes away by car. Bus-Stations, the bakery, supermarket, different brunch spots, pharmacy, car/bike/ATV rental place, ATM machine are just 3 minutes away by foot as well. Free private parking is available on site
