The house can host up to 6 people (one double bed, one king size double bed - that turns into two twin beds if required- and a bed sofa that turns into a comfortable and quality double bed).

On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with a beautiful sea view, a bathroom -toilet, shower enclosure-, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a living room with a bed sofa that opens into a double bed, TV and dvd player. Outdoors, it features large terraces, a private swimming pool with a two-seater jacuzzi corner, covered pergolas, a dining table for six, built in sofa, sun beds and lounge chairs where you can sit relax and enjoy the panoramic view over the Kalo Livadi bay.

On the ground floor, there is a king size double bed that can turn into two twin beds if required, a bathroom -toilet, shower enclosure-, a kitchenette with a dining table for two, TV and a private terrace with a magnificent sea view. Both floors have security alarm, wifi and the house is fully air conditioned.
