Hyperion villa is located on a quiet hillside in a secured and gated condominium of family residences.

We invite you to a relaxing and recreational stay and we promise to do our best to fulfill your expectations.. Providing a luxury and spacious house is just the beginning of your most memorable vacation in Mykonos Island !

Our 105 sqm villa has been recently (May 2022) renovated and represents a masterpiece of modern Cycladic Architecture.

 From the 90sqm terrace you can enjoy the impressive view of the Aegean sea and the surrounding islands of Delos, Tinos and Syros, offering spectacular sunsets!

It consists of 3 main areas:

• Spacious living room with a well equipped open-plan kitchen and a guest WC. Living room includes dining area and a convertible sofa-bed (Queen-size)
• Master Double bedroom "Carmelia", providing a King-size bed, private dressing-room and en-suite bathroom
• Master Double bedroom "Oceania", with its' private entrance through the patio, including a Queen-size bed, mini-bar and en-suite bathroom

The unique location of our villa, provides the exceptional advantage to reach the majority of the famous crystal-water beaches of the island in less than 15 minutes and drive to town in less than 10 minutes.

Rates include maid service every 2 days
