With a total building surface of 142 m2, Villa 2 consists of three independent properties gathered in one building. 

The ground floor of Villa 2 (62 m2) includes a dining room, a cozy fireplace, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with Queen size beds. A blend of the contemporary and elegant interior gives the villa a perfect feel for a relaxing retreat. One separate bathroom is provided on the ground floor. 

The Mediterranean dreamlike estate continues on the first floor (40 m2) with a living and dining room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a Queen size bed, and outside of the bedroom mezzanine with another Queen size bed. One separate bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need. A breathtakingly beautiful look over the horizon is seen through the windows and the fully decorated balcony.

The basement of Villa 2 (40 m2) provides an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with two single beds. One separate bedroom with Queen size bed is also provided. The area also offers one separate bathroom. A 6-seat exterior dining table is also located on the balcony area which is perfect for long dinners as the luminous sun begins to set. 

All floors in Villa 2 include grand Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi is fully covered as well as autonomous air conditioning units are provided in all floor villas’ areas. Wall fans are also available in all bedrooms.

This magnificent estate provides a waterfall swimming pool of 20m2 which can be enjoyed by the sun beds and lounge sofas. An outside shower is available. Next to the swimming pool area, there is a barbeque area with a separate lounge setting which gives the most desirable dinner environment. A vibrant fully planted garden area that further enhances the cozy feeling of summer vacation. 

A parking space is also available in the property.
