The first floor has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, outdoor & indoor dining table, a living room with a six-sitter couch by the fireplace which enjoys views of the infinity pool and the Aegean sea, and a bay-style seating area ideal for moments of laziness and relaxation or just an afternoon nap, a WC, and a 42' flat-screen Smart TV. A large stonewall in-suite bedroom is located on the same level with a dome-style shower, a separate entrance for autonomy, and pool views from the extra comfy king-size bed.

The ground floor has three and a half bedrooms which consisted of a massive master bedroom with 9ft ceilings a cozy king-size canopy bed a dome-style bathroom shower and a private Jacuzzi tub.

Taking advantage of the size of the room a wooden loft bed has been added, that can comfortably accommodate two more guests and an additional seating area with TV, offering an alternative gathering area as well as easy access to the pool. Two more large en-suite bedrooms are located on the same level with one of them being divided into two spaces with a door, one has a queen-size bed and the other has a sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult guest or two children sharing the bathroom and also enjoys easy access to the pool. The third ground floor en-suite bedroom also enjoys 9 ft ceilings and has a comfy queen-size bed and a dressing table.

The upper floor has an individual entranced guest house with a queen-size bed, a restful single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a coffee machine, and a minibar. Outdoors, a private terrace with a lounge seating area and a beautiful marble table offer further privacy and stunning views of the Aegean sea.

Additionally, all the bedrooms have an air condition unit, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a multi-jet shower panel.
